This website uses a secure inquiry form and a business email route. It does not use analytics or advertising tracking.

Status

What this website collects

The inquiry form collects your name, work email, company, market and business priority or message. You may also provide your role and timing. The form does not accept file uploads.

Our hosting and security provider processes ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and security signals, to deliver and protect the website. The form also creates a short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit identifier from the request IP address for abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored in the inquiry record.

Website form and email processing

ECHO VISION MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C. is the operator responsible for the form information. It uses the information to review the business inquiry, decide whether and how to respond, protect the form from misuse and maintain a record of the request.

The website and its same-origin inquiry database are hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare processes and stores the form record on behalf of the operator. The storage location is assigned within Cloudflare's network and is not represented as UAE-resident.

The website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting and security layer may set a strictly necessary security cookie and retain limited request logs for security, reliability and abuse prevention.

If you email us, your address, message and attachments are processed by Google Workspace and the people authorized to operate the Reach & Reason mailbox. Please send only information needed for the inquiry.

Retention and access

Unconverted website inquiries are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, a legal obligation or a dispute. Pseudonymous rate-limit records are kept for no more than 48 hours. Provider recovery copies may persist for the provider's limited recovery period after deletion.

Access is limited to people authorized to review and administer Reach & Reason inquiries. Form information is not sold and is not used for advertising profiling.

Your choices and rights

You may ask about personal information you submitted, request access, correction or deletion where applicable, object to or restrict certain processing, or raise a privacy concern. The response and any available right depend on the relevant law, the information involved and our legal obligations.
