Status
Reach & Reason does not collect names, email addresses, enquiry text or uploaded files through a website form because no form is present.
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and security signals, to deliver and protect the website.

The website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting and security layer may set a strictly necessary security cookie and retain limited request logs for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
If you email us, your address, message and attachments are processed by Google Workspace and the people authorized to operate the Reach & Reason mailbox. Please send only information needed for the enquiry.

Any later engagement involving client, audience, campaign, platform or other personal data requires a defined purpose, approved access, retention and deletion rules, appropriate contracts and a documented data flow before work begins.
You may ask about personal information you have sent to Reach & Reason, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. The response and any available right depend on the relevant law, the information involved and our legal obligations.
