How We Work

Accountability at every handoff.

Reach & Reason combines commercial judgment, disciplined workflows and specialist execution where the scope requires it. The operating model keeps decisions, owners, approvals, evidence and limitations visible throughout the work.

Clarify

We begin with the commercial priority, audience, evidence, assumptions, constraints, timing, and decision owners. If the brief is not sufficiently clear, that uncertainty becomes part of the work rather than being hidden beneath activity.

Decide

We develop and compare proposition, capability, channel, delivery, measurement, and sequencing options. The recommendation records important tradeoffs, dependencies, rejected alternatives, and approval needs.

Deliver

Accountable leaders coordinate the accepted work. Approved specialists enter where regulation, platform access, technical depth, production craft or market context requires them.

Learn

We review what happened, what the evidence supports, what remains uncertain, and what should happen next. Reporting should end in an explicit continue, change, stop, or investigate decision.

What the client controls

The accepted agreement should identify ownership and administrator control for domains, accounts, data, assets, source files, advertising platforms, analytics, creative materials, and final handover items. It should also state what is created by Reach & Reason, supplied by the client, licensed from a third party, or delivered by a specialist.

No supplier, subscription, media, production, software, legal-review, or third-party cost should be committed without the required written approval.

When specialists enter

Reach & Reason may coordinate qualified specialists when the brief requires channel access, regulatory knowledge, engineering, development, search, analytics, photography, film, sound, print, event, media, or other technical and craft capability.

The specialist's role, fee, scope, rights, access, outputs, review stages, and accountability must be recorded. Specialist involvement does not become an undisclosed in-house capability claim.

How tools support the work

Research, planning, production and quality-assurance tools are selected to suit the data, confidentiality, rights, risk and craft requirements of the brief. They help the team work consistently; they do not own the decision.

Human leaders remain responsible for commercial judgment, creative direction, client relationships, risk, rights, approvals and final recommendations.

What we will not hide

  • missing or disputed evidence;
  • material assumptions and dependencies;
  • specialist or third-party involvement;
  • professional fees versus external costs;
  • data, rights, ownership, or access constraints;
  • attribution limits and factors outside marketing;
  • work that is outside the agreed scope.

Next step

Start with the decision.

If the marketing brief is still a list of channels, suppliers, or outputs, begin by defining what the business needs to change. We will use that priority to identify the right next conversation, scope, and specialists.
