Engagement
The Integrated Growth Program is a typical controlled engagement for connecting priority campaigns, content, media, reporting, and learning. It is designed to produce a better next decision, not to promise unlimited activity or guaranteed growth.
The program is intended for a team with a sufficiently clear proposition, an accountable decision owner, approved operating and data arrangements, a defined budget, and a commercial objective that can be translated into a realistic 90-day plan.
Where those conditions do not exist, the Commercial Clarity Sprint or Market Entry & Launch Program may be a more suitable starting point.
01
Agree the commercial priority, audience, timeframe, constraints, assumptions, and measures before defining the activity plan.
02
Assign roles to the selected campaigns, content, channels, destinations, sales handoffs, and measures. Identify what will not be included.
03
Work from an agreed monthly plan, content and campaign rhythm, budget approvals, owner matrix, specialist scopes, quality checks, and escalation rules.
04
Review delivery, diagnostic, marketing, and business measures in context. Record limitations and make continue, change, stop, or investigate decisions.
Depending on the accepted brief, the pilot may include:
Components are not automatic. The scope must reflect available team capacity, rights, accounts, suppliers, data, budget, and approvals.
The professional fee must be separated from media, production, software, legal review, rights, subscriptions, and third-party costs. The program does not include unlimited output, unspecified always-on support, or unapproved spend.
Reach & Reason does not guarantee leads, revenue, return on investment, occupancy, rankings, citations, media availability, or a particular result within 90 days. Business outcomes are influenced by the proposition, pricing, sales process, operations, market conditions, media investment, and other factors beyond agency activity.
This engagement remains in validation. Minimum service levels, delivery capacity, price, cost, margin, account ownership, measurement access, reporting responsibilities, and renewal or handoff rules must be approved before it can be offered for sale.
